Atlantic Timeshare Group•2/6/2025
Experience
I worked with this company for approximately 13 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail.
The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 4-5. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the transfer as promised.
The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 3 weeks after the paperwork was submitted.
Total cost: $4000 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
What Went Well
The initial consultation was informative and the case manager assigned to me was helpful when I could reach them.
What Went Wrong
Additional fees were added that weren't mentioned in the initial quote.
