I worked with this company for approximately 3 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 3 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 3 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $1800 (higher than the initial quote of $1800). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

After trying to sell my Bluegreen timeshare on my own for 2 years with zero results, I hired this company. Their approach: weeks 1-2 assessed my ownership and determined resale wasn't viable. Weeks 3-4 prepared exit documents. Months 2-6 worked with Bluegreen's contract resolution department. Month 7 I signed final release documents. Done.
