The process involved: initial consultation and contract review (2 weeks), demand letter to resort (week 3), negotiation period with Marriott's surrender team (months 2-5), and final paperwork and transfer (months 6-8). The company handled all resort communications and kept me informed throughout.

Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 2 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 4 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 4 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3800 (higher than the initial quote of $2700). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
