Poor Communication Throughout

Rep: Anna Cook

I worked with this company for approximately 17 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 17 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 17 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3700 (higher than the initial quote of $2700). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.

Overpromised, Underdelivered

Signed up in January paying $3,800. Was told 6-9 months for exit. We're now 18 months in with no resolution. Timeline: months 1-3 document collection and "case building," months 4-8 allegedly negotiating with resort, months 9-12 "escalated to legal team," months 13-18 radio silence and excuses. Currently considering legal action against this company.

What went well:

Initial consultation was professional and they collected documents efficiently in the first month. The case manager for the first 4 months was responsive.

The process took 16 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 16 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3000 (higher than the initial quote of $1800). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
