Avoid This Company

I worked with this company for approximately 7 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 7 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 7 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4300 (higher than the initial quote of $3000). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
