Write ReviewRegret Signing Up
I worked with this company for approximately 11 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 2 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 11 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 11 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4800 (higher than the initial quote of $1100). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
Decent Service But Slow
I worked with this company for approximately 16 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 2-7. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the deed-back as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 3 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $4900 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
The flat fee structure meant I knew exactly what I was paying from the start.
